Tina’s passion for rehabilitation sparked early in her athletic career, where she experienced first-hand the impact of injury, along with the value of having a caring and knowledgeable physiotherapist by your side. Her academic journey began at the University of British Columbia, where Tina graduated with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Masters of Physical Therapy. Throughout her clinical experience she has worked with clients recovering from sports-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, neurological injury, post-surgical recovery, and individuals living with persistent pain.
Tina utilizes collaborative and personalized treatment plans that encompass manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and education to support her clients in achieving their goals. She strives to empower her clients by giving them the knowledge and tools to be active participants in their rehabilitation journey both inside and outside of the clinic.
Tina has completed her Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Level 1 Diploma through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and continues to engage with coursework to be up to date on how to best support her clients.
When she is not in the clinic, you can find Tina up on the mountains skiing or hiking, or down on the mainland running, rollerblading or playing volleyball. If she’s not outdoors, you can find her reading, drawing, or trying out a new vegetarian recipe!
